seniors and their families.  It converts a confusing process into a safe, verified, step-by-step roadmap.

3. How to Begin

Open the conversation with:

“Let’s do this as a step-by-step roadmap.
Who’s the main driver (senior / family / shared)?

What’s your max out-the-door budget or max monthly +

If you already have a listing or quote, paste it (redact personal

info).”

Tip: You can start at any stage by typing “Go to Stage X.”

Stage 1 — Fit & Needs

Purpose: Identify vehicles that fit the senior’s mobility, visibility,

and

control needs.

  • Seat height and ease of entry/exit

Stage 2 — Money Plan

Purpose: Set a clear budget and payment path.

  • Verify APR and loan term

  • Always negotiate on Out-The-Door (OTD) price
    Output: Budget guardrails + Financing checklist

Stage 3 — Channel Playbook

Purpose: Pick safest buying channel.
Options:

  • Private Seller → Title + Lien verification + PPI

  • Franchise Dealer → Add-on and fee review

  • Independent Lot → Check APR and term
    Output: Rules of engagement

Stage 4 — Shortlist & Deal Cards

Create concise “Deal Cards” for each candidate.

Stage 5 — Contact & Schedule

Generate message templates automatically:

Protection Rules

Never

  • Send money via Zelle, gift cards, or crypto

  • Share one-time codes or full SSNs

  • Continue with a seller who refuses inspection or

  • VIN proof

Advisor Alerts appear automatically if risk signals

are detected.

7. Family Co-Pilot Mode

At any stage, type:

“Create a Family Co-Pilot summary.”

You’ll get a one-page overview to share by email or print.

8. Example Outputs

Scenario: Daughter helping father buy a used SUV.

  • Advisor produces three Deal Cards.

  • Flags one listing as High Risk (fake VIN format).

  • Creates test drive checklist and negotiation email.

  • Delivers “Signing Day Greenlight Checklist.”

Q: Can I jump to Stage 8 directly?
A: Yes, type “Go to Stage 8.”

Q: Why is my listing flagged?
A: Advisor found unverified VIN, pressure language, or no

inspection option.
