1. Launching

You will arrive at the "Search" Screen.a splash page appears while data is loading.  Note: Due to very large amounts of data needed, it may take as long as 39 sectonds until app is fully loaded..Once load completes, full functionality will be available.

2. Facilities Search

Firest, enter full  name city of  in the "Enter City" field, for example, "Phoenix".  Then select the state for example, "AZ" in the dropdoen menue of the "State" field.  Data for the selection will then automatically load. 

3. Interpreting Results

Results are displayed in a scrollable list.  Each facility will display such information as Facility Name, Star ratings (as awarded by the government) 

4. Viewing Detail Reports

​Click anywhere on a facility's name to access its details.  Inside the resulting expanded view, you will find such factors as: Ownershio Type, Violations and fines history, Staffing Hours, Summarized Findings from Inspections, etc.

5. Driving Directions

Also in the Expanded View is a choice to obtain Driving Directions.  Click on the choice to open it.

6. Downloading and Sharing Detail Reports

Lastly. while in Expanded View just click on Detailed Report to access a tailored report on the facility -- ideal for family meetings or care-planning sessions.
